Synergy Fusion

A group total body workout using reformer as main equipment, designed to shape and tone your body and to enhance fitness level for supporting daily activities. A high energy and fun group class with the combination of strength, cardio, and athletic conditioning.

Metcon

A workout designed to improve your metabolism through high intensity and structured exercises, supported by various freestyle equipment and body weights. Great to improve cardiovascular fitness, build strength, and also calorie burn even after class.

Pilates

A low-impact class focused on improving posture and spinal alignment, through controlled movements and breathing. It also enhances core strength, stability, flexibility, and mobility.

Class is also supported by various tools, to assist the movements in the purpose of improving alignment, shaping and toning your body.

Zumba

A fun party-vibes dance class inspired by Latin and international dance genres, which will improve cardiovascular fitness and boost mood to reduce stress.

Yoga Series

A yoga class combining poses in a flowing sequence synchronized with breath for stress relief and relaxation.

Choose Gentle Yoga for a slower pace, ideal for beginners improving flexibility, mobility, and mind-body awareness, or Dynamic Yoga for a faster, strength-building sequence that boosts stamina and mental clarity.

A group fitness workout using a raised platform called a step, blending aerobic, endurance, and coordination exercises with energetic music.

Try the Step class for beginners building coordination, or challenge yourself with the dynamic Step Up class featuring advanced movements like walking, spinning, and more to boost focus and cardiovascular fitness.
